Blykalla AB and Sea Technology International AB (Sea Tech) are excited to announce a new
collaboration to explore the potential of Floating Nuclear-Powered Terminals (FNPTs). This
partnership will combine Blykalla’s innovative Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology with Sea
Tech’s expertise in floating platforms.
The goal is to assess the feasibility of these floating seaport terminals powered by nuclear, which
could offer a new, flexible way to decongest seaports without stressing the existing electric grid. The
companies will develop a conceptual design, explore market opportunities, and evaluate regulatory
requirements.

The MOU is a non-binding agreement, marking the start of a joint effort to explore this innovative
concept.
